Together 4 Health coalition is a network of community partners, coordinated by a Steering Committee and supported by Project-based Workgroups.

Coordination with the Ontario Heart Health Program - Taking Action on Healthy Living is facilitated by a full-time project coordinator. The Region of Waterloo Public Health is the funding flow through agency under the Letter of Agreement with the Ministry of Health Promotion.

The Together 4 Health Coalition is accountable to the Ministry of Health Promotion through the Steering Committee and to the Region of Waterloo Public Health and to each other.  We provide regular reports to our funders, respective organizations and to the community.
